We then program them to move autonomously around the game table,&nbsp;executing as many of the challenge missions as possible in two minutes and 30 seconds. We strive for a strong balance in all <i>four</i> areas of the annual FLL challenge: <br>&nbsp;- 1) &nbsp;<b>Robot Game</b></span><b><span style="color: rgb(127, 127, 131); font-size: medium; display: inline !important;"></span></b><span style="color: rgb(127, 127, 131); font-size: medium; display: inline !important;">&nbsp;(points scored in 2-1/2 minutes),&nbsp;<br><span style="color: rgb(127, 127, 131); font-size: medium; display: inline !important;">&nbsp;- 2) <b></b></span><b><span style="color: rgb(127, 127, 131); font-size: medium; display: inline !important;"><b></b></span><b><span style="color: rgb(127, 127, 131); font-size: medium; display: inline !important;">Robot Design</span></b></b></span><b><span style="color: rgb(127, 127, 131); font-size: medium; display: inline !important;"></span></b><span style="color: rgb(127, 127, 131); font-size: medium; display: inline !important;">&nbsp;(mechanical design, programming, innovation and strategy),&nbsp;<br><span style="color: rgb(127, 127, 131); font-size: medium; display: inline !important;">&nbsp;- 3) <b></b></span><b><span style="color: rgb(127, 127, 131); font-size: medium; display: inline !important;"><b></b></span><b><span style="color: rgb(127, 127, 131); font-size: medium; display: inline !important;">Project</span></b></b></span><b><span style="color: rgb(127, 127, 131); font-size: medium; display: inline !important;"></span></b><span style="color: rgb(127, 127, 131); font-size: medium; display: inline !important;">&nbsp;(research, innovative solution, and presentation)<br><span style="color: rgb(127, 127, 131); font-size: medium; display: inline !important;"><span style="color: rgb(127, 127, 131); font-size: medium; display: inline !important;">&nbsp;- 4) <b></b></span><b><span style="color: rgb(127, 127, 131); font-size: medium; display: inline !important;"><b></b></span><b><span style="color: rgb(127, 127, 131); font-size: medium; display: inline !important;">Core Values</span></b></b></span></span><b><span style="color: rgb(127, 127, 131); font-size: medium; display: inline !important;"></span></b><span style="color: rgb(127, 127, 131); font-size: medium; display: inline !important;">&nbsp;(inspiration, teamwork and gracious professionalism).&nbsp;</span><br></p><p><span style="color: rgb(127, 127, 131); font-size: medium; display: inline !important;">In addition to the requirements involved in the FLL challenge, our team&nbsp;reaches out to&nbsp;make a real difference by doing community service&nbsp;and doing STEM Outreach to other students, teams,&nbsp;families, groups, and organizations.</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(127, 127, 131); font-size: initial; display: inline !important;"><b>What are FLL Robotics Teams and Competitions?</b> Since 1988, FIRST and the LEGO Group have partnered to challenge teams to design and build robots to solve real-world engineering challenges. In FLL, 9 to 16 year-old students from 80 countries around the world demonstrate their engineering and problem-solving skills, critical thinking, teamwork, competitive play, sportsmanship, and sense of community. The season started this year with 455 Ohio FLL teams competing at 26 Regionals, advancing the best of those teams on to 5 Districts, finally culminating in 50 teams competing at the Ohio FLL State Championship. We are honored to be representing so many amazing teams from across the state as Ohio's State Champions!</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(127, 127, 131); font-size: initial; display: inline !important;"><b>Thank You!</b> We would like to thank our affiliate Springboro Robotics for their consistent and gracious friendship&nbsp;and inspiration. Thank you -- to&nbsp;everyone -- who has helped us, supported us, and inspired us along the way to get to this point! &nbsp;</span><span style="color: rgb(127, 127, 131); font-size: initial; display: inline !important;">Thank you in advance to everyone who continues to support and encourage us as we go on our&nbsp;"World Festival"&nbsp;adventure to meet and compete with teams from around the world! &nbsp;</span></p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <br>
