New York, NY – January 17, 2017 – Edco, the online fundraising platform for K-12 school teams and clubs, announced a partnership with the Vermont Principals’ Association (VPA), to support and augment the fundraising efforts of programs across the state.
The VPA is an association dedicated to supporting school leaders to improve the equity and quality of educational opportunities for all students. Co-curricular activities are known to have a significant value and are recognized by the VPA as an integral part of Vermont schools and communities. In this day and age it can be difficult to obtain funding from schools and districts to keep co-curricular activities thriving.
Through this partnership, members of the VPA will be able to provide their educators with a tool to raise money from their communities. Edco was created specifically for K-12 schools and provides resources, like step-by-step instructions for how students can get involved in the fundraising process through engaging with friends, family members, and other community stakeholders while ensuring their safety and privacy.
Edco provides an online fundraising software to K-12 schools and groups that empowers teachers and students to raise money from family, friends, and other members of their community. Edco’s mission is to help K-12 schools effectively raise money and seamlessly connect with resources. To learn more, please visit ed.co or contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
